By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on Ajloun Premium Dates & Dry Fruits ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must refrain from placing orders on our store.

2. Product Information & Quality

We strive to accurately display the descriptions, weights, images, and nutritional details of all dates, dry fruits, and gourmet nuts available on our store.

• As natural agricultural commodities, slight variations in date size, shade, or natural texture may occur between batches.
• All products are packaged under strict hygiene and quality standards to preserve optimum freshness.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on Ajloun are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and disclosed during checkout.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, or shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

When placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Payments can be made via Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallet options supported at checkout.
• Order confirmation emails are generated automatically upon successful payment verification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders using reliable courier networks (including Delhivery). Tracking numbers are provided via email or SMS once dispatched.

• Standard delivery timelines range from 2 to 7 business days depending on customer destination and PIN code.
• Ajloun is not liable for unexpected delays caused by transit weather issues, regional disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted strictly in cases of transit damage, packaging tampering, or delivery of wrong items.

• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying unboxing photos/videos.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including logos, imagery, graphics, page headers, text, and product names—is the property of Ajloun and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
